Premia Properties (“PREMIA”) is a Real Estate Investment Company (R.E.I.C). It was founded in 1991, and its shares have been traded on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2008. The Swedish real estate group Sterner Stenhus acquired a majority of PREMIA’s shares in July 2020, and the company received its REIC operating licence in April 2022 (HCMC Licence No 4/949/5.4.2022). PREMIA aims to build a diversified portfolio with attractive and sustainable returns, currently focused on the sectors of logistics centres, hotels, offices, schools, students housing and serviced apartments, of wineries and commercial properties.
