Konstantinos Markazos is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and holds an MBA from Brunel University in London. He has worked in various Greek and multinational companies in managerial positions and in financial management. Since July 2020 he has been holding the position of CEO of Premia Properties REIC.

Chief Financial Officer / Chief Investment Officer

Nikos Baziotis possess extensive professional experience in the banking and investments sectors, having held roles of responsibility in leading banking and corporate groups. He has served as Chief Investment Officer at Intracom Holdings, Αthens, Board of Directors Member at Intrasoft International, Luxembourg, Head of Corporate Banking Division at Alpha Bank, Head of Corporate Finance Division at Alpha Bank, Director – Investment Banking at Alpha Bank, Investment Analyst at Emporiki Real Estate (Emporiki Bank Group), and Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Athens.

Constantin Pechlivanidis

Chief Property Investment Officer

Constantin Pechlivanidis, has many years of experience as an investment advisor and principal in the real estate markets of Greece and Southeast Europe, having held positions of responsibility in various leading Greek and international organizations. He has served as Head of the Greek Real Estate & Hospitality practices of EY, PwC, and Arthur Andersen, member of the Athens International Airport Real Estate Management & Development team, and Investment Director of the Secure Management private equity fund

Kalliopi Kalogera

Chief Legal Counsel

Kalliopi (Kelly) Kalogera, is a Lawyer, a graduate of the Law School of Athens and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is also specialized in the whole range of Commercial and Civil Law, with further specialization in Tax Law. She provides her services as Legal & Tax Counsel to the group of companies, Sterner Stenhus in Greece. She has worked as a Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young, Greece and as a lawyer at the law firm, Chara Kanellopoulou – Zerva & Associates, Athens.

Head of Asset Management & ESG/Sustainability

Anna Parisis has extensive experience in real estate management with expertise in the implementation, operation and sustainability of the real estate portfolio. She has worked as Portfolio & Asset Management-Assistant Manager at Trastor REIC, Investor Relations at Sato, Relationship Senior Officer at Emporiki Leasing S.A. και MTCC, Accounts Supervisor, Toronto,Canada.

Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto (UofT) in Environmental Science and Environment & Resource Management.
Certified Real Estate Valuer, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Diploma in Environmental Management Systems (ISO) from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).

Maria Anastasiou

Chief Accountant

Maria Anastasiou, has an extended experience in the Accounting industry and currently holds the position of Accounting Manager at Premia Properties REIC, Greece. She was an Executive and Deputy Director of Financial Services in the Financial Management and Accounting Director of SINGULAR LOGIC A.E.

Panagiota Papanastasiou

Chief Compliance Officer – Legal Counsel

Nota Papanastasiou is a lawyer, a graduate of the Law School of Athens and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She has an extended experience and is specialized in Commercial and Civil Law, with further specialization in Company Law. She has worked as Legal Advisor at Trastor REIC, Doreco S.A., Greece and as a lawyer at Eurobank-Ergasias and Legal Advisor in the European Center of Public Law.

Natalia Strafti

Chief Executive Officer Premia Hotelinvest

Natalia Strafti is the Chief Executive Officer of Premia Hotelinvest. Prior to joining Premia Hotelinvest, she served as CEO and Board Member of Grivalia Hospitality and held senior leadership positions at Grivalia Properties REIC and Grivalia Management. She also served as member of Eurobank’s Real Estate and Strategic Real Estate Committees.  She has extensive experience across the real estate and hospitality sectors, having led investment, asset management, development, and operational activities throughout the full asset lifecycle. Over the course of her career, she has driven growth through complex transactions, operational transformation initiatives, corporate restructurings, ESG integration, and strategic partnerships with leading international investors, operators, and hospitality brands.

BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuers.
