Annie Tsaliki has extensive experience in the real estate sector as a civil engineer, with involvement in construction, project coordination, urban planning compliance and property development. She has worked as Real Estate Sales Supervisor at PQH Single Special Liquidator S.A.; Project Manager at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF); Professional Services and QC Manager at CBRE Axies S.A., Real Estate Team; Assistant Manager at PwC; Valuer/Consultant at DTZ Mihalos; Coordination Engineer at P.L.E. Hellas, subsidiary of Pipeline Engineering GmbH; Property Research and Development Engineer at Elliniki Technodomiki; and Coordination Engineer at Athens Metro (Greek-German-French Civil Works JV).

He was the founder and General Manager of a European Biopharma company, Kalacan SA, Real Estate Portfolio Consultant at Validity LTD and Director of PMRI ltd and Investment Analyst in Megatrust Securities and Cyprus Asset Management AEDAK.

He worked at Lamda Development as an Asset Management Associate, responsible for the management and operation of four shopping centers, and later as Financial Modelling Associate for shopping centers and other developments at the Hellinikon project.

Georgia Blachoura has many years of experience in real estate as a civil engineer, specialising in technical due diligence, organization of the property transfer process, urban planning compliance, permitting and technical studies. She has worked as Real Estate Technical, Maturity and Contract Finalization Manager at DoValue Greece Real Estate Services; as an associate at Cerved Property Services in the management of special projects; as an associate / property valuer at Piraeus Real Estate; and as a freelancer, she has been involved in a wide range of civil engineering projects.

Since July 2020, she has been acting as Secretary of the Board of Directors and actively participates in the General Meetings as well as in the most important Management Committees of the Company, ensuring the integrity of the corporate governance framework. She is also Manager of Administrative Services at Sterner Stenhus. She has worked as Business Analyst at Profile Software S.A.
