The Internal Audit Department is an independent organizational unit within the company, responsible for monitoring and improving the company’s operations and policies related to its internal control system. At its meeting of 23 October 2020, the company’s Board of Directors appointed Aikaterini Loïzou as Head of Internal Audit.
