Premia Properties (“PREMIA”) is a Real Estate Investment Company (REIC). It was founded in 1991, and its shares have been traded on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2008. The Swedish real estate group Sterner Stenhus acquired a majority of PREMIA’s shares in July 2020, and the company received its REIC operating licence in April 2022 (HCMC Licence No 4/949/5.4.2022). PREMIA aims to build a diversified portfolio with attractive and sustainable returns, currently focused on the sectors of logistics centres, hotels, offices, schools, students housing and serviced apartments, of wineries and commercial properties.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

PREMIA aims to create a portfolio of high-quality real estate, with low volatility and adequate risk spread, following a clear investment policy designed to optimise synthesis and diversify its investment portfolio, while also enhancing its qualitative characteristics. In this context, PREMIA is endeavouring to further strengthen itself in key segments it is already active it, while selectively considering entry into new segments of the real estate market. The goal is to bolster PREMIA’s portfolio with high-quality properties with sustainability characteristics, achieve high lease performance, and partner with financially sound tenants through long-term agreements. In tandem, the company is pursuing energy upgrades to select properties in its portfolio, along with capitalisation on development-worthy properties it owns, and in general manages its portfolio proactively, for the long-term benefit of PREMIA and its shareholders.
