Premia Properties remains dedicated to sustainable growth and excellence in ESG practice. We participate in the GRESB Standing Investments Benchmark Report, showcasing our dedication to transparency and benchmarking.
ATHEX ESG Index
Premia Properties participates in the newly developed index “ATHEX ESG Index” that was created for listed companies to monitor their stock market performance as they apply to environmental, social and corporate governance “ESG” practices as they refer to the published non-financial information according to the “ESG Information Disclosure Guide” of ATHEX.
ISO 14O64 & ISO 14001
Premia Properties obtained the above Certifications aiming to better monitor and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, with the intention to improve its carbon footprint and implement an Environmental Management System.

Greek Sustainability Code
The Greek Sustainability Code is developed under a model of 20 Criteria that are based upon international standards such as Global Reporting Initiative “GRI”, Global Compact etc and draws important know how from the Sustainability Code of the European level that has been created by the German Council for Sustainable Development.
Premia Properties participates in the Greek Sustainability Code and actively contributes with transparency and commitment towards Sustainable Development and Responsible Entrepreneurship.
