Sustainability Mission

Our approach, and success, is underpinned by a set of comprehensive KPI’s and long-term targets which aim to deliver tangible benefits for our stakeholders; our investors, tenants, building users, local communities, and employees.

We will be providing an account of our performance against these long–term targets in our annual sustainability reporting.

We will be publishing a suite of reports that align with mandatory reporting requirements and international best practice standards including the EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR) and the GRI.

ESG & Sustainability considerations are an integral part of our decision-making process. Our primary focus is on carbon emissions and energy efficiency, but we also look at governance, social and well-being standards, while securing long-term growth. Each business decision is evaluated according to its environmental and social-economic impact, has a clear vision and is communicated with full transparency to Premia’s stakeholders.  

Premia is committed in taking tangible steps to reduce its carbon footprint and develop healthy buildings for the environment and the communities that live and work in. Toward the realization of carbon neutrality by 2050, we are promoting various decarbonization initiatives in collaboration with suppliers to improve the energy efficiency and replacing traditional energy sources with low-carbon alternatives, transforming thus our buildings for the future. 

Our commitment is to be one of the most sustainable real estate companies in Greece. To strengthen our sustainability as an organization, we are mobilizing concerted resources by establishing a cross-functional Taskforce, comprising energetic and thoughtful members to help us think differently and turn challenges into business opportunities. 



Main climate goal means that Premia Properties will halve the emissions in its operations by 2030 by measuring and reducing emissions, using high end methodology/metrics. Premia Properties has also set a goal of achieving net zero emissions throughout the value chain by 2045. To achieve the goals, the company will, among other things, focus on energy efficiency projects and initiate several actions to improve its sustainability performance. Other activities include purchasing eco-labeled district heating and continuously replacing the vehicle fleet with fossil-free vehicles.
